The prestigious Inspirations Education Showcase took place at the Yorkshire Air Museum on Wednesday 7th July.
Guest speaker at the event was John Wood from the South Tyneside Manufacturing Forum.
A special award was given to Amber Thiara from Bradford Girls' Grammar School, who has attended the event since 2005, for her commitment to engineering. This year she entered a model of the Angel of the North.
As well as the main competition, there were many exciting activities throughout the day.
The overall winner this year, taking the Sir George Cayley Cup to Northallerton College was Edward Taylor with his electric guitar.
